At Encik Koko, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the perishable nature of liquid chocolate, please review our policy below.
All Sales Are Final
To ensure the safety and quality of the products we provide to all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product has been delivered, it is considered final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging your chocolate, but if things go wrong during transit, we’ve got you covered:

Report Period: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Send an email to encikkoko@symphonyspread.com with your order number and clear photo evidence of the damage or the incorrect item.

Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or partially consumed chocolate tubs/bottles.

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., left in direct sunlight).

Change of mind or "taste preference" returns.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (due to damage or error), it will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method.
