We are committed to providing you with fast and reliable delivery service. Below is our shipping policy and timing information.
Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery services to the following areas:
- Malaysia Nationwide - Covering all states and major cities
- International Shipping - Selected countries and regions (please contact us to confirm)
Delivery Time
Within Malaysia:
- Kuala Lumpur and Selangor: 2-3 business days
- Other West Malaysia regions: 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia: 5-7 business days
International Shipping:
- Singapore, Thailand: 7-10 business days
- Other countries: 10-21 business days
Note: Delivery time is calculated from order confirmation and shipment, excluding order processing time.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3-5 business days.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on order amount and delivery location:
- Orders over RM150: Free Shipping (West Malaysia only)
- West Malaysia: RM8 - RM15
- East Malaysia: RM15 - RM25
- International shipping: Calculated based on destination and weight

- DHL (International shipping)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package through the courier's official website or our account page.
Shipping Address
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:
- Recipient name and contact number
- Detailed address (street, unit number, floor, etc.)
- Postal code
- State and city
Important Note: Delivery delays or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional charges.
Special Circumstances
Public Holidays: During Malaysian public holidays, delivery times may be extended.
Remote Areas: Some remote areas may require additional delivery time and fees.
Large Items: Bulky or heavy items may require special arrangements, and we will contact you in advance.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., no one available to sign), the courier will attempt redelivery or send the package to the nearest pickup point. Please watch for notifications from the courier.
